- A screenshot, if you took one when it was safe to.
Please don't send screenshots of your home or work address. We don't need them to fix a route.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. There's nothing to sign up for. Your saved places live on your phone.
Why does Bound need my location?
To show where you are on the map, find places near you and guide you turn by turn. It asks only while you use the app. The privacy policy lists exactly what is sent and why.
Guidance stopped when I locked my phone.
It shouldn't. On Android, check that Bound's navigation notification is allowed in your phone's notification settings. On iPhone, check that Location is set to "While Using the App" for Bound in Settings. If it still stops, tell us your phone model.
A shop is closed, or the pin is in the wrong place.
Open the place in Bound and report it from its card. When two drivers report the same closure, everyone sees it.
How do I clear my recent places?
Open Bound's Privacy screen and tap Clear recent places. Deleting the app removes everything Bound kept on your phone.
